Capturehaus ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Quote requests: your name, email, phone number, event date, event type, venue, guest count, the services you're interested in and any notes you share.
- Pricing guide downloads: your first name and email address.
- Event content: photos, GIFs, Boomerangs and videos taken at your event's booth.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes and plan your event.
- To send the pricing guide you requested and occasional tips and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To deliver your event gallery and share photos with your guests.
Event photos in our portfolio
With your permission, we may feature selected content from your event on our website and social media. You can opt out in your booking agreement or by emailing us at any time, and we'll remove it.
Sharing
We never sell your information. Form submissions are processed by our website host (Netlify) to deliver them to us. We share details with venues or partners only when needed to deliver your event.
How long we keep it
Inquiry details are kept for up to 2 years. Event galleries stay available for at least 90 days after your event.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing capturehaus0@gmail.com.
Terms of Service

These terms apply to every Capturehaus booking. Your signed booking agreement takes priority if anything differs.
Booking & payment
- A 70% deposit secures your date and starts your design.
- The remaining 30% is due 72 hours before your event.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
Rescheduling
You may move your date once at no charge with at least 14 days' notice, to any available date within 12 months. Payments transfer to the new date. Later or additional changes are treated as a cancellation.
Cancellation
- 30 or more days before the event: refund of payments made, minus a non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the total.
- 14 to 29 days before: 50% of the total is refunded (less any amount already refunded).
- Less than 14 days before: no refund, but 50% of the total can be credited to a new date within 6 months.
- If Capturehaus has to cancel, you receive a full refund.
Travel
Travel is included within Washington DC, Montgomery and Prince George's Counties in Maryland, and Northern Virginia (Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William). Beyond that:
- Baltimore, Annapolis, Frederick and Fredericksburg areas: $100
- Up to 150 miles from DC: $250
- Beyond 150 miles: custom quote, including lodging if needed
- Venue parking or loading fees, if any, are added at cost.
Overtime
Extra time on the day is $150 per hour per booth, billed in 30-minute increments ($75), subject to your venue's rules and crew availability.
Setup & venue requirements
- Our team arrives 1 hour before your event start time to set up booths. Decor installation is scheduled separately with your venue.
- Indoor: a flat, level space (about 8 × 8 ft for the iPad booth, 10 × 10 ft for the 360 and DSLR booths) and a standard power outlet within 15 ft.
- Outdoor: a covered, shaded area such as a tent or canopy, flat ground, protection from wind and rain, and power within 15 ft. If weather makes it unsafe, the booth moves indoors or the event is rescheduled under the terms above.
- Wi‑Fi is required for instant sharing. Please share your venue's network details at least 72 hours before your event, or ensure strong cell signal at the booth location.
Equipment & decor
Booths, backdrops, stands, florals, lighting and props remain Capturehaus property unless your quote lists them as keepsakes. The client is responsible for damage caused by guests beyond normal use.
Photos & videos
You receive your full event gallery. Capturehaus may use selected content in its portfolio and social media unless you opt out in writing.
